 1) THE OAKTON COMMONS CPD REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT BE SCREENED BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE
 BARRIER OR EQUIVALENT LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. THE SUBMITTED
 FENCE PERMIT DOES NOT SHOW THE POOL EQUIPMENT BEING
 SCREENED BY AN OPAQUE BARRIER ON THE WEST AND SOUTH
 SIDES, NOR DOES THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHOW HEDGE ON THE
 SOUTH OR WEST SIDES. IF THE FENCE PERMIT IS CHANGED TO
 SHOW AND OPAQUE BARRIER, THEN THE LANDSCAPE MAY REMAIN
 AS SHOWN, OTHERWISE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE
 REVISED.
  
 2) THE RHAPHIOLEPIS INDICA IS REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED
 AT 24 INCHES IN HEIGHT - SECTION 94-445(4)(E).
  
 3) CALL OUT THE LANDSCAPE MATERIAL AROUND THE FIRE
 HYDRANT, NORTH OF THE PARKING LOT AND SOUTH OF THE
 SABAL PALMS AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PARKING LOT.
  
 4) ADD ROOT BARRIERS SOUTH OF THE PROPOSED OAK TREES TO
 MINIMIZE CONFLICT WITH THE UNDERGROUND FPL LINES AND
 THE WATER AND SEWER METERS/LINES.
  
 5) THE SOUTHERNMOST SABAL PALM TREE, SOUTH OF THE
 PARKING LOT, APPEARS TO BE PLANTED ON TOP OF THE 24
 INCH RCP DRAINAGE LINE. THIS TREE PLANTING SHALL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH THE DRAINAGE LINE.
