 1) UPDATED COMMENT - THE TREES IDENTIFIED FOR REMOVAL
 ARE EXOTICS AND MAY BE REMOVED AS PART OF THE PROJECT.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT - THE SABAL PALM LOCATED BEHIND THE
 BUILDING APPEARS TO BE IMPACTED BY THE RECONSTRUCTION
 WORK AND IS NOT IDENTIFIED ON THE PLANS. IF THIS TREE
 IS IMPACTED, THEN IT SHALL BE RELOCATED TO WITHIN THE
 PROJECT BOUNDARIES.
  
 3) UPDATED COMMENT - THE 36 INCH DIAMETER TREE THAT IS
 PROPOSED TO REMAIN APPEARS TO BE LOCATED IN AN AREA
 THAT WILL BE REGARDED ON THE NEW 3:1 SLOPE AND THUS THE
 GRADE AT THE TREE WILL LOWER APPROXIMATELY 1 FOOT. THIS
 GRADE CHANGE WOULD EXPOSE THE TREE ROOTS CAUSING DAMAGE
 TO THE TREE. WHAT IS PROPOSAL TO PROTECT THIS TREE IN
 PLACE? NOTE THAT THIS IS AN EXOTIC AND SHOULD BE
 REMOVED NOT PRESERVED IN PLACE.
  
 4) THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES, EXCLUDING EXOTICS,
 REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT BY
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. NO TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT HAS BEEN FILE
  
 5) ON SHEET C2-4, THE LABEL FOR THE "TOP OF BANK TO BE
 RELOCATED" SOUTH OF CAROLINE STREET IS NOT DESIGNATING
 THE CORRECT LOCATION.

 1) THE INFORMATION SHEETS CALL OUT THE REMOVAL OF
 TREES, INCLUDING A SIGNIFICANT ONE WITH A 54 INCH
 DIAMETER TRUNK. IF THESE ARE NOT EXOTICS, THEN THEY
 SHALL BE REPLACED WITHIN THE LIMITS OF WORK OR IN THE
 NEAR VICINITY, TO MAINTAIN THE CITY'S TREE CANOPY AND
 TO PROVIDE SCREENING OF THE RAILROAD AND INDUSTRIAL
 PROPERTIES FOR THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT SOUTH AND EAST
 OF THE SITE AND FROM PARKER AVENUE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 2) THE AERIAL SHOWS ADDITIONAL EXISTING TREES NOT
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS THAT APPEAR TO BE IMPACTED BY
 THE RECONSTRUCTION WORK - BEHIND THE BUILDING AND ALONG
 THE CAROLINE STREET CROSSING OF THE CANAL (VERIFIED BY
 A FIELD VISIT).
