| NEAR VICINITY, TO MAINTAIN THE CITY'S TREE CANOPY AND |
| TO PROVIDE SCREENING OF THE RAILROAD AND INDUSTRIAL |
| PROPERTIES FOR THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT SOUTH AND EAST |
| OF THE SITE AND FROM PARKER AVENUE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH |
