 1)THIS PROVISO WAS ATTACHED TO THE FOUNDATION PERMIT.
 INSPECTOR IS TO REVIEW AND BRING IN A SIGNED SEALED
 SOILS REPORT AT TIME OF FOUNDATION INSPECTION. THIS
 PLAN IS FOR A NEW BUILDING PLEASE PROVIDE SOILS REPORT
 FOR THE SAFE MINIMUM SOIL BEARING VALUES. 1802.2.1
 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF
 THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE
 SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN
 THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL
 REQUIRE THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH
 INVESTIGATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF SECTIONS 1802.4 THROUGH 1802.6 .
  
 2) THIS PROVISO WAS ATTACHED TO THE FOUNDATION PERMIT.
 THE NEW FOUNDATION PLANS DO SHOW WHAT FINISH SLAB
 ELEVATION 100 IS REFERENCED TOO IN NGVD. THIS BUILDING
 IS IN A A- 5 FLOOD ZONE. THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION FOR
 FINISH FLOOR IS 7.5 NGVD. SHEET AS-101 INDICATES A
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF 100.00' BUT THERE IS NO
 REFERENCE TO WHAT 100.00' IS EQUAL TO?

 PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT TESTING REPORTS, MISSING
 REPORTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

 OF GRAVITY, UPLIFT OR LATERAL LOADS HAS NOT BEEN
 PROVIDED BY TRUSS ENGINEER, THE DESIGNER OF RECORD IS
 TO REVIEW & STAMP ENGINEERING BEFORE TRUSS ENGINEERING
 IS SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR REVIEW.
  
 5) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
