 1) SHEET 011, DRAWING A-3.1 (5-UNIT BUILDING) IS
 CONFUSING. THE ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL SIDE WAS
 FOR THE WALLS WHICH DID NOT FACE THE SIDE OF AN
 ADJACENT UNIT. THE LABELS (RIGHT SIDE/LEFT SIDE) DO NOT
 MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THE BLDG. NO. 5 AND 9 ARE ONLY FOR
 THE ELEVATIONS ABOVE THEM. ADDITIONALLY BLDG. NO. 15
 SHALL HAVE THE ENHANCED DETAILING ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND
 BE SHOWN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2) SHEET 012, A-3.1 (6-UNIT BUILDING) IS CONFUSING. THE
 ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL SIDE WAS FOR THE WALLS
 WHICH DID NOT FACE THE SIDE OF AN ADJACENT UNIT. THE
 LABELS (RIGHT SIDE/LEFT SIDE) DO NOT MAKE IT CLEAR THAT
 THE BLDG. NO. 2, 10, 1 AND 7 ARE ONLY FOR THE ELEVATION
 ABOVE THEM. ADDITIONALLY BLDG. NO. 13 SHALL HAVE THE
 ENHANCED DETAILING ON BOTH SIDES AND BE SHOWN
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 3) SHEET 013, A-3.1 (8-UNIT BUILDING) IS CONFUSING. THE
 ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL SIDE WAS FOR THE WALLS
 WHICH DID NOT FACE THE SIDE OF AN ADJACENT UNIT. THE
 LABELS (RIGHT SIDE/LEFT SIDE) DO NOT MAKE IT CLEAR THAT
 THE BLDG. NO. 6 AND 3 ARE ONLY FOR THE ELEVATION ABOVE
 THEM. ADDITIONALLY BLDG. NO. 5 SHALL HAVE THE ENHANCED
 DETAILING ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND BLDG. NO. 14 SHALL HAVE
 ENHANCED DETAILING ON THE LEFT SIDE AND BE SHOWN
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) SHEET 014, A-3.1 (9-UNIT BUILDING) IS CONFUSING. THE
 ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL DETAIL SIDE WAS FOR THE WALLS
 WHICH DID NOT FACE THE SIDE OF AN ADJACENT UNIT. THE
 LABELS (RIGHT SIDE/LEFT SIDE) DO NOT MAKE IT CLEAR THAT
 THE BLDG. NO. 11 AND 12 ARE ONLY FOR THE ELEVATION
 ABOVE THEM. ADDITIONALLY BLDG. NO. 11 SHALL HAVE THE
 ENHANCED DETAILING ON THE LEFT SIDE AND BE SHOWN
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 5) NO HEIGHT PROVIDED FOR FENCE.
  
 6) IF THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL PATIOS, SCREEN
 ENCLOSURES AND FENCES IMPACT THE EXISTING OR PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE AT THE REAR OR SIDES OF THE UNITS, THEN A
 LANDSCAPE RELOCATION PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE
 PERMIT FOR THE ADDITIONAL PATIO, SCREEN ENCLOSURE OR
 FENCE. THE APPROVED RELOCATION PLAN SHALL BE
 IMPLEMENTED PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE
 PATIO, SCREEN ENCLOSURE OR FENCE.
  
 7) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE OAKTON COMMONS DESIGN
 GUIDELINES REQUIRE THAT PATIOS AND SCREENED ENCLOSURES
 BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF 10 FEET FROM NON-COMMON WALL
 SIDE PROPERTY LINES AND 3 FEET FROM THE REAR PROPERTY
 LINE. SOME UNITS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE
 EXPANDED PATIOS.
