 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 GENERAL COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) APPLICATION
 SUBMITTED TO THE CITY?S PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT
 SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
  
 2. THE ENTIRE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE
 WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) AS THE VALUE OF
 THE WORK EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE [THESE REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS ARE REFLECTED IN
 THE CPD APPLICATION THAT IS IN PROCESS, AND REFERENCED
 ABOVE]. ALL APPLICABLE PLANS (I.E. SITE PLANS,
 LANDSCAPE PLANS, ETC) WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED.
  
 3. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL FLOOR PLANS, ELEVATIONS, ETC.
 ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN
 MODIFICATIONS.
  
 4. THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGES SHOWN ON THE COVER SHEET
 DO NOT MATCH THOSE THAT WERE SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE
 CPD APPLICATION REFERENCED ABOVE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT
 ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SIGNAGE WILL NEED TO CONFORM TO
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONING
 DISTRICT AND WILL BE REVIEWED UPON SUBMITTAL.
  
 6. ALL MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT (I.E.
 TRANSFORMERS ON THE WEST SIDES OF BUILDINGS #1 AND #2),
 WILL NEED TO BE SCREENED.
  
 7. THE EXISTING LIGHT POLE SHOWN IN THE INVENTORY
 PARKING AREA CONFLICTS WITH THE DRIVE AISLE AND WILL
 NEED TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED.
  
 8. THE EXISTING LIGHT POLE SOUTH OF THE BODY SHOP
 CONFLICTS WITH A PARKING SPACE. THIS SPACE WILL NEED TO
 BE STRIPED AS ?NO PARKING? OR THE POLE WILL NEED TO BE
 REMOVED OR RELOCATED.
  
 BUILDING #1:
  
 1. THE TWO (2) STAIRWAYS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING
 1, FROM THE ELEVATED DISPLAY AREA, ENCROACH IN THE
 PARKING SPACES PROPOSED.
  
 2. THE FLOOR PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE ELEVATIONS. THE
 HANDICAP RAMP IS SHOWN GOING IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS.
  
 3. THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS DOORWAYS EXISTING THE EAST
 FACADE OF THE BUILDING FROM THE DETAIL AND EXPRESS OIL
 OFFICES. A LANDSCAPE ISLAND IS BEING PROPOSED JUST EAST
 OF THESE DOORWAYS. THEREFORE, IT APPEARS THAT THE
 EXITING OF THESE OFFICES WILL CONFLICT WITH THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPING.
  
 BUILDING #2:
  
 1. THE STAIRWAYS AND HANDICAP RAMP ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING APPEAR TO CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED
 PARKING LAYOUT.
  
 2. THE VEHICLE RAMP PROPOSED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING APPEARS TO ENCROACH INTO THE DRIVEWAY BETWEEN
 BUILDINGS #1 AND #2. THIS DRIVEWAY SHALL REMAIN 24 FEET
 IN CLEAR WIDTH. THIS WILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED ON THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 BUILDING #3
  
 1. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TITLE BLOCK ON SHEET 3-A4.0 AND
 SHEET 3-A5.0 INDICATE BUILDING #1, WHEN THEY SHOULD
 INDICATE BUILDING #3.
