 1) THE PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS THE RELOCATION OF THE
 EXISTING CURB ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE INTO THE
 LOCATION OF THE EXISTING PALM TREES. THE PALM TREES ARE
 NOT SHOWN IN THE CORRECT LOCATION ON THE PLANS. THEY
 ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED BETWEEN TWO (2) AND THREE (3)
 FEET FROM THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE, NOT SIX (6) FEET
 OFF OF THE PROPERTY LINE AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 2) IF USED, THE CURB SHALL BE LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF
 THE EXISTING TREES. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER THE SURVEY,
 THERE IS BETWEEN 1.3 AND 1.8 FEET OF ASPHALT NORTH OF
 THE PALM TREES ON THE OUELLETTE PROPERTY WHICH COULD
 SERVE AS THE LOCATION FOR THE NEW CURB. THE NEIGHBORING
 PROPERTY WOULD STILL RETAIN AN APPROXIMATELY TEN (10)
 FOOT WIDE DRIVEWAY WITH THE INSTALLATION OF A CURB AT
 THIS LOCATION.
  
 3) THE GRADE ALONG THE LANDSCAPE SIDES OF THE "D" CURBS
 SHALL BE RAISED TO PRESENT A SIX (6) INCH REVEAL. THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA SWALES SHALL BE RAISED SIX (6) INCHES AS
 WELL TO MAINTAIN THE 2:1 SLOPE. BRIAN MOREE AND MANNY
 GONZALEZ OF THE CITY'S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
 WERE CONSULTED AND DETERMINED THAT DUE TO THE SITE
 DESIGN (NEW INLET, USE OF D CURBS) THE SWALES DO NOT
 NEED TO BE A FOOT DEEPER THAN PARKING LOT GRADE.
  
 4) PLEASE REVIEW NOTE #7 AS IT DOES NOT SEEM TO APPLY
 TO THIS PROJECT (PARKING LOT IS BEING SEAL COATED NOT
 REBUILT).
