| NOT SHOWN IN THE CORRECT LOCATION ON THE PLANS. THEY |
| ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED BETWEEN TWO (2) AND THREE (3) |
| FEET FROM THE NORTHERN PROPERTY LINE, NOT SIX (6) FEET |
| OFF OF THE PROPERTY LINE AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. |

| 2) IF USED, THE CURB SHALL BE LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF |
| THE EXISTING TREES. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER THE SURVEY, |
| THERE IS BETWEEN 1.3 AND 1.8 FEET OF ASPHALT NORTH OF |
| THE PALM TREES ON THE OUELLETTE PROPERTY WHICH COULD |

| WELL TO MAINTAIN THE 2:1 SLOPE. BRIAN MOREE AND MANNY |
| GONZALEZ OF THE CITY'S ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT |
| WERE CONSULTED AND DETERMINED THAT DUE TO THE SITE |
| DESIGN (NEW INLET, USE OF D CURBS) THE SWALES DO NOT |
| NEED TO BE A FOOT DEEPER THAN PARKING LOT GRADE. |
