 1- ENGINEER DRAWINGS SUBMITTED ARE ONLY FOR CONDO UNIT
 #1 OF BUILDING A. THERE ARE 8 DIFFERENT PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS FOR WORK TO BE PERFORMED ON 8 DIFFERENT
 CONDO UNITS. PLEASE PROVIDE DRAWINGS IDENTIFYING THE
 SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED ON EACH UNIT. REVISE ALL
 THE INFORMATION ON PLANS AS REQUIRED. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 2- PLEASE REVISE THE BUILDING CODE INFORMATION SHOWN ON
 SHEET C-1: THE OCCUPANCY GROUP IS R2 NOT R3. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 3- PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE WALL SECTION DETAIL THRU THE
 BALCONY TO BE REPLACED. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL/SECTION
 AND SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFY ALL MATERIALS, FASTENING,
 WATERPROOFING, ETC. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
  
 4- PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL/SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE BALCONY GUARDRAIL TO BE REPLACED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. 1013 AND SEC. 1607.7 FBC 2007.
  
 5- ENTRY DOOR NOA 08-1015.05 SUBMITTED DOESN'T MATCH
 NOA 07--0618.10 SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER ON SHEET A-2.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
  
 6- PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE CONTRACTOR IS ALSO THE
 PRESIDENT OF THE CONDO ASSOCIATION AND IS THE ONE
 AUTHORIZED TO SIGN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION.
  
 7- PLEASE UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL SCOPE OF WORK
 SHOWN ON PLANS. INCLUDE THE DOORS/WINDOWS REPLACEMENT,
 NEW DECK AND GUARDRAIL AND PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER FEES
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
