 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL .
  
 1) THE THREE PICTURES SUBMITTED AS REFERENCE TO SCOPE
 OF WORK DOES NOT MATCH UP WITH THE FLOOR PLAN OF
 WINDOWS TO BE REPLACED. AN EXAMPLE THE 2ND FLOOR FLOOR
 PLAN INDICATES TWO SEPERATE WINDOWS WITH A WALL SECTION
 BETWEEN THEM WHEREAS THE PICTURE OF THE SECOND FLOOR
 INDICATES TWO DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS WITH COUNTER BALANCE
 SASH COMPARTMENT, THERE IS USUALLY NO FRAMING MEMBERS
 BETWEEN THE TWO WINDOWS.
  
 2.1) THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED
 DOES NOT INDICATE ANY VERTICAL MULLIONS INCLUDED WITHIN
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL. A SEPERATE MULLION REPORT WILL BE
 REQUIRED. 2007/09 FBC-B 1714.5.5
  
 2.2 PLEASE CIRCLE IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THE TYPE OF
 FASTENER TO BE USED FOR ANCHORING THESE WINDOWS AND
 TYPE OF MATERIAL THE WINDOWS WILL BE ANCHORED TO. IS
 THIS A WOOD FRAME/ STUCCO BUILDING?
  
 3) THE FIRST FLOOR FLOOR PLAN APPEARS TO HAVE SIMILAR
 ISSUES THE WINDOWS ARE DRAWN IN AS TWO INDIVIDUAL
 WINDOWS WITH WALL SEECTION BETWEEN THEM AND THE FIRST
 FLOOR PICTURE INDICATES THE SAME TWO DOUBLE HUNG WOOD
 SASH WINDOWS WITH COUNTER BALANCE COMPARTMENT BETWEEN
 THEM AND NO MULLION REPORT.
 THE QUESTION IS ARE THERE ONLY TWO WINDOWS ON THE FIRST
 FLOOR THIS ELEVATION OR IS THERE TWO PAIR OF WINDOW ?

 SUBMITTED, AS THE DESIGNER OF RECORD, PLEASE PRINT
 NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICESNE NUMBER.
  
 5) PLANS ARE MISSING WIND DESIGN CRITERIA:
 1609.6.2 WIND DESIGN PROCEDURES
 4.1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, V, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3. THE WIND SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO COME FROM ANY HORIZONTAL DIRECTION.
