 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON
 LAST PAGE OF NOA 10-1230.02 SUBMITTED.
  
 2- FASTENER SPACING CAN'T BE LESS THAN 4"O.C. SEE SEC.
 8.1 OF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS. ENGINEER SPECIFIED 3"O.C.
 FASTENER SPACING ON SECTION D FORM AND THE FLAT ROOF
 INFORMATION FORM SUBMITTED. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PLEASE
 DON'T USE THE PALM BEACH COUNTY FORMS. THOSE FORMS ARE
 NO PART OF THE CITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ROOFING PERMITS.
 PROVIDE REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SEPARATE SHEETS SIGNED
 AND SEALED BY THE ENGINEER AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 3- FASTENER SPACING SHALL BE ROUNDED DOWN TO THE NEXT
 WHOLE NUMBER NOT ROUNDED UP. SEE SEC. 10.4.5 OF RAS
 117. IT LOOKS LIKE ENGINEER ROUNDED UP THE FASTENER
 SPACING FOR CORNER AREAS TO HAVE 2 ROWS IN THE CENTER
 OF THE SHEET. SEE SECTION D AND FLAT ROOF INFORMATION
 FORM SUBMITTED. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PLEASE DON'T USE
 PALM BEACH COUNTY FORMS.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR THE POLYFOAM TO BE USED. NONE WAS
 SUBMITTED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE VISIT THE MIAMI-DADE
 WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA.
