 PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL IDENTIFICATION SIGNS FOR 50 OR
 MORE RESIDENTIAL UNITS SHALL BE LIMITED TO 48 SQUARE
 FEET PER FACE.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-407(2)(E)(2) OF THE CITY?S
 ZLDRS, THE SIGN ADDITION SHALL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF
 20 FEET FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
 3. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED SIGN ADDITION.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-407(2)(F)(1), FREESTANDING
 SIGNS SHALL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF FOUR (4)
 FEET.
