 PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) PER SECTION 94-485(E) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, "CRUSHED CONCRETE" IS NOT
 ALLOWED TO BE USED AS A SURFACE FOR VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS. THE PLANS INDICATE THE CRUSHED CONCRETE IS FOR A
 FUTURE PAVER BASE. THE PAVERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE
 SAME SAME TIME AS THE PAVER BASE AND INCLUDED WITH THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 2) PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY'S FIRE DEPARTMENT
 THAT THE 16 FOOT OPENING TO FLAMINGO DRIVE IS WIDE
 ENOUGH FOR THEIR EMERGENCY VEHICLES TO ACCESS AND THAT
 THE AREA HAS ADEQUATE CLEARANCE FOR THE EMERGENCY
 VEHICLES TO MAKE ENTRY AND EXIT TURNING MOVEMENTS.
 ADDITIONALLY, PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE FIRE
 DEPARTMENT THAT THE PAVERS WITH THE CONCRETE BASE CAN
 SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF THE EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
  
 3) IS ANY LANDSCAPE BEING REMOVED AS PART OF THE
 CREATION OF THE WIDER MAINTENANCE STAGING AREA? THE
 REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES REQUIRES A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT, WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE
 PLANNING DEPARTMENT. PLEASE CONTACT ROBERT KUSSNER @

 4) NEW LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION AND NEW GATE/FENCES
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 5) PLEASE NOTE THAT OUTDOOR STORAGE OF MAINTENANCE
 EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES OR SUPPLIES IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN
 THE SINGLE FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY (SF14) RESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICT.
