| ALLOWED TO BE USED AS A SURFACE FOR VEHICULAR USE |
| AREAS. THE PLANS INDICATE THE CRUSHED CONCRETE IS FOR A |
| FUTURE PAVER BASE. THE PAVERS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE |
| SAME SAME TIME AS THE PAVER BASE AND INCLUDED WITH THIS |
| PERMIT. |

| 2) PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE CITY'S FIRE DEPARTMENT |
| THAT THE 16 FOOT OPENING TO FLAMINGO DRIVE IS WIDE |
| ENOUGH FOR THEIR EMERGENCY VEHICLES TO ACCESS AND THAT |
| THE AREA HAS ADEQUATE CLEARANCE FOR THE EMERGENCY |
| VEHICLES TO MAKE ENTRY AND EXIT TURNING MOVEMENTS. |
| ADDITIONALLY, PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM THE FIRE |
| DEPARTMENT THAT THE PAVERS WITH THE CONCRETE BASE CAN |
| SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF THE EMERGENCY VEHICLES. |

| 3) IS ANY LANDSCAPE BEING REMOVED AS PART OF THE |
| CREATION OF THE WIDER MAINTENANCE STAGING AREA? THE |
| REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES REQUIRES A TREE |
| ALTERATION PERMIT, WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE |
