 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. LANDSCAPING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE APPLY
 FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE
 SIGNED AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE INCLUDE A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF
 ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIRALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO
 UNIT COST.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A) LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NON-MOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".
  
 3. PLEASE APPLY FOR AN IRRIGATION PERMIT AND SUBMIT TWO
 SETS OF IRRIGATION PLANS.
  
 4. PLEASE DEMONSTATE (IN TABULAR FORM) HOW YOU COMPLY
 WITH THE XERISCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (B) (2) (B) (1), AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,600 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PROTION THEREOF. AT LEAST ONE
 FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 6,400 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. THE OPEN SPACE
 IS CALCULATED BY TAKING 40% OF THE TOTAL LOT AREA,
 WHICH IN THIS CASE COMES TO 4,737 SQUARE FEET. THAT
 REQUIRES THREE SHADE TREES AND ONE FLOWERING TREE. THE
 CALCULATIONS PROVIDED ARE INCORRECT.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2), A HEDGE SHALL BE
 PLANTED ALONG THE INSIDE PERIMETER OF THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER, ADJJACENT TO DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 7. ALL PLANS SHALL BE CONSISTANT. THE HANDICAP
 MANEUVERING AREA/RAMP IS SHOWN DIFFERENTLY ON THE SITE
 PLAN AS COMPARED TO THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 8. THE DRIVE AISLE IN THE LOCATION WHERE IT TUNS TO THE
 SOUTH SHALL BE MODIFIED. THE LANDSCAPE AREA ON THE
 NORTH SIDE SHALL BE EXPANDED TO FOLLOW THE TURN RADIUS
 ON THE SOUTH SIDE. AN ADDITIONAL TREE SHALL BE PLANTED
 IN THAT EXPANDED LANDSCAPE AREA WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE
 STRIP.
  
 9. THE EXISITNG HEDGE ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER APPEARS
 TO BE ON THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY. PLEASE CLARIFY.
