 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-303 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"): PARKING: ONE (1)
 PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE APARTMENT AND
 TWO (2) FOR THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON SITE. SEE
 COMMENT #4 FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NON-DUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.

 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-313. VEHICULAR ACCESS TO
 STREETS. ONLY ONE (1) ACCESS POINT IS ALLOWED FOR
 RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS LESS THAN 75 UNITS. THE SITE
 PLAN (SP-1) AND SURVEY SHOW TWO (2) EXISTING
 APPROACHES. THE SOUTHEAST APPROACH DOES NOT HAVE A
 DRIVE WAY; PROVIDE PROOF THAT A PERMIT FOR THE ROW
 APPROACH WAS APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.
 REGARDLESS OF THE PERMIT, ONLY ONE (1) ACCESS POINT IS
 ALLOWED FOR THIS PROPERTY. COORDINATE WHICH APPROACH
 WILL BE KEPT AND HOW THE VEHICULAR MANEUVERING AND
 PARKING WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY TO MEET
 COMMENT #2.

 A. ALL PROJECTS SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO A PUBLIC
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE NUMBER OF ACCESS POINTS SHALL BE AS

 ACCESS POINTS HAVE TO BE A MAXIMUM OF 10 FEET EACH.
 HOWEVER, COMMENT NUMBER #4 NEEDS TO BE COMPLIED WITH
 (I.E. 25 FEET DEPTH X 100' WIDTH OF PROPERTY = 2500 SQ.
 FT. X .75 (75%) = 1875 SQ.FT. OF AREA TO BE LANDSCAPING
 (PERVIOUS AREA). SINCE THE SQ. FTG. IS MORE THAN 1,000
 SQ. FT. THEN 1,000 SQ. FT. WILL BE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPED AREA FOR THE FRONT PROPERTY AREA.
