 1. PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 3. THE ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SIGN IS BASED ON
 THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE BUILDING FACADE FOR THE AREA
 THAT IS BEING LEASED FOR THE BUSINESS. PURSUANT TO THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-408
 (D), THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA FOR SIGN IS 240 SQUARE
 FEET. ALTHOUGH THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS MET, THE SIGNAGE
 CAN NOT HAVE THE WORD "BAR" IN ITS SIGNAGE DUE TO THE
 LIMITATION OF THE BEER AND WINE ("2COP") ALCOHOL
 LICENSE THAT THIS BUSINESS HAS, WHICH ALLOWS THE SALE
 OF BEER AND WINE ONLY IF IT IS SERVED WITH FOOD AT
 TABLES AT ALL TIMES AND NO BAR FACILITIES ARE ALLOWED
 ON PREMISES.
  
 ALSO, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER FOR EACH BUILDING: ONE SIGN
 FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUILDING. PER PICTURES THAT WERE
 PROVIDED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, JOHN FRASCA,
 THERE IS SIGNAGE ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT WAS
 NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT. ONLY ONE (1) SIGN WILL
 BE ALLOWED FOR THIS BUSINESS.
