 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL IDENTIFY ALL
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES, SHRUBS, AND GROUND COVER.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE QUANTITY, SIZE AND SPACING OF ALL
 EXISTING AND PROPOSED LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL
 LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE PLANS.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. THE TABULATION PROVIDED IS
 INCORRECT. OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY TAKING THE TOTAL
 LOT AREA AND DEDUCTING ONLY THE FOOTPRINT OF THE
 STRUCTURE OR STRUCTURES ON THE SITE. THE DIFFERENCE IS
 CONSIDERED OPEN SPACE. THE REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS
 REQUIRED IS BASED UPON THE OPEN SPACE. PLEASE CLARIFY
 HOW CREDIT WAS TAKEN FOR THE VARIOUS ITEMS ENUMERATED
 ON THE XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS TABULATION PROVIDED.
  
 4. PLEASE REFER TO MAIN PERMIT AND SEE THE "PROVISO"
 PLACED THERE BY ZONING. PLEASE APPLY FOR AN IRRIGATION
 PERMIT AND INCLUDE TWO SETS OF PLANS. EVEN IF YOU HAVE
 AN EXISTING IRRIGATION SYSTEM, THERE WILL BE REQUIRED
 MODIFICATIONS AND NEW COMPONENTS REQUIRED.
