 1) PLEASE PROVIDE SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMIT FOR THE
 RELOCATION OF THE GAS METER AND APPURTENANT PIPING TO
 THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2) NO DAMAGE IS TO OCCUR TO THE EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM.
  
 3) THE "ACCESS DOOR TO REMAIN" FOR THE ROOF LOCATED
 NEAR THE STAIRS IS TO BE MARKED NO EXIT.
  
 4) ADDITIONAL EXIT SIGNS APPEAR TO BE NEEDED ON THE
 FIRST LEVEL. IN SOME CASES BLIND CORNERS EXIST ABSENT
 OF EXIT SIGNS. (LS100) ALSO EXIT SIGNS APPEAR TO BE
 MISSING ALONG THE NARCISSUS AVENUE SIDE.
  
 5) EXIT SIGN MISSING FROM EXIT DOOR LEADING TO ALLY,
 NORTH SIDE. (LS100)
  
 6) ADDITIONAL EXIT SIGNS APPEAR TO BE NEEDED ON THE
 SECOND LEVEL. PLEASE REVIEW.
  
 7) ELEVATOR WARNING SIGNS NEEDED AT EACH ELEVATOR
 OPENING.
  
 8) ASTERICS SHOWN ON THE SECOND FLOOR ACCESSIBILITY
 PLAN DEPICTS WHAT.
  
 9) PLEASE FURTHER EXPLAIN TRIPPING HAZARD NOTE ON SHEET
 A100. WHAT IS THE ELEVATION DIFFERENCE.
  
 10) THE EXISTING FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION SHALL BE
 INSPECTED TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION. BOTH CONNECTIONS
 SHALL FREELY SWIVEL AND CAPS ARE TO BE MAINTAINED.
  
 11) SOFFITS SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF
 ANY AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER HEADS.
  
 12) HOW WILL EXIT ACCESS BE MAINTAINED IN COSTUME SHOP
 209 DISPLAYED ON THE SECOND FLOOR.
  
 13) PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS ON INTERSTITIAL SPACE
 ABOVE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE. WHAT IS PRESENT, IS
 THERE ACCESS, AND IS THIS AREA PROTECTED BY AUTOMATIC
 FIRE SPRINKLERS. (TECHNICAL LEVEL CATWALK PLAN)
  
 14) PLEASE INDICATE PRESCRIPTIVE STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS
 FOR NEW CATWALKS, HANGERS, AND HANDRAILS SHOWN ON THE
 TECHNICAL LEVEL/CATWALK PLAN. PLEASE INDICATE HEIGHTS
 OF NEW HANDRAILS.
  
 15) SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM REMODELING.
  
 16) SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS REQUIRED FOR FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM REMODELING.
  
 17) EXISTING EXIT SIGNS AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE TO BE

 SIGNALING APPLIANCES.
  
 19) ALL HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS TO MEET THE
 PRESCRIPTIVE STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS.
  
 20. PLEASE PROVIDE FLAME-SPREAD DETAILS FOR TECTUM
 FINALE ACOUSTIC WALL PANEL.
  
 21. SECURITY DEVICES INSTALLED ON DOORS SHALL NOT
 INTERFERE WITH ANY EXITING.
  
 22. ALL NEW FIRE WALLS ARE TO BE PROPERLY IDENTIFIED.
  
 23. NO COMBUSTIBLES ALLOWED IN THE RETURN AIR PLENUM AS
 DESCRIBED ON THE PLANS.
  
 24. ALL NEW FIRE DAMPERS ARE TO BE DROP TESTED TO
