| DEVELOPER MAY INITIALLY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL WATER TO |
| BECOME ESTABLISHED. WHERE NEWLY PLANTED NATIVE |
| NONINVASIVE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN SOILS APPROPRIATE TO |
| THE PROPOSED NATIVE SYSTEM, ADDITIONAL IRRIGATION WATER |
| AFTER THE PERIOD OF ESTABLISHMENT MAY BE NECESSARY. AN |

| PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK |
| SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN |
| SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREA |
| SHALL BE SODDED. THIS APPLIES TO THE HIGHLY VISIBLE |
| RIGHT-OF-WAY WHERE THE MITIGATION IS TO TAKE PLACE. |

| 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3), AUTOMATIC |
| IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED |
| LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE |
| RIGHT-OF-WAY. |

| 6. PLEASE APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT |
| THE APPLICATION AND TWO SETS OF PLANS AND A CERTIFIED |
| COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL |
| LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT |
| COST. |

| 7. A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. |
