 1) REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN
 ONE YEAR OLD, OF THE PROPERTY. THE SURVEY SHALL
 INDICATE WHICH BUILDING IS SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION
 ($63,404.83) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE TOTAL OF
 THE FOUR STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY ($124,442)
 ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE
 WHICH MEANS THAT THE CONSTRUCTION EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 VALUE OF THE INDIVIDUAL BUILDING BEING RENOVATED;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY. THE SURVEY REQUIRED IN COMMENT
 NO. 1 SHALL BE USED AS A BASIS FOR THE CALCULATIONS FOR
