 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. THE DRIVEWAY WIDTH SHALL NOT BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN
 20 FEET FOR TWO -WAY ACCESS.
  
 2. THE SCALE SHOWN ON THE PLAN IS INCORRECT. IT IS
 DRAWN AT 1"=10' AND NOT 1"=20'.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (A), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NON-MOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS "TYPE D".
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. TRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. THIS APPLIES TO THE MULCHED AREAS IN
 THE REAR OF THE SITE. MULCH BY ITSELF IS NOT
 APPROPRIATE.
  
 5. THE DRIVEWAY OPENING ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE
 SHALL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 24 FEET. A LANDSCAPE
 STRIP COULD BE INSTALLED IN THE MIDDLE TO ALLOW FOR
 ONE-WAY IN AND ONE-WAY OUT CIRCULATION.--EACH BEING 12
 FEET IN WIDTH. THE LANDSCAPING SHALL BE ADDED TO THAT
 STRIP TO MATCH WHAT IS PLANTED ON BOTH SIDES.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (2), VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS SHALL BE SCREENED FROM THOROUGHFARES AND
 RESIDENTIAL USES AND DISTRICTS BY A LANDSCAPE BUFFER OF
 AT LEAST FIVE FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING ANY REQUIRED
 CURBING. HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 SUBSECTION 94-445 (4) (E). SHADE TREES MUST BE PLANTED
 AT 30-FOOT INTERVALS. ALL THREE SIDES OF THE PARKING
 LOT MUST MEET THESE STANDARDS. PARKING STALLS NEED TO
 BE A MINIMUM OF 8 1/2 FEET IN WIDTH X 18 FEET IN
 LENGTH. THE PROPOSED PARKING STALLS ARE 10 FEET WIDE.
 THEY COULD BE REDUCED IN WIDTH TO ALLOW MORE GREEN AREA
 TO BE CREATED ALONG THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ADJACENT TO
 PARK PLACE.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (B) (2) (B) (1), AT LEAST
 ONE SHADE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,600 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. AT LEAST ONE
 FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 6,400 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (C), PALM TREES MAY BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE SHADE
 OR FLOWERING TREES, REQUIRED BY THIS ARTICLE.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5) (B), LANDSCAPE
 AREAS ADJACENT TO OFF-STREET PARKING AREAS SHALL BE
 PROTECTED FROM ENCROACHMENT OR INTRUSION OF VEHICLES
 THROUGH THE USE OF WHEEL STOPS. WHEEL STOPS SHALL HAVE
 A MINIMUM HEIGHT OF SIX INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED GRADE
 OR THE PARKING AREA. THEY ARE SET BACK 2 FEET FROM THE
 EDGE-OF-PAVEMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ONE PARKING
 STALL ADJACENT TO THE LANDSCAPE STRIP ALONG PARK PLACE
 ON THE EAST SIDE IS ONLY 16 FEET IN LENGTH AND THE
 OTHER PARKING STALLS ARE 18 IN LENGTH. PLEASE EXTEND
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER TWO FEET TO THE WEST, IN ORDER TO
 HAVE ALL PARKING STALLS THE SAME LENGTH.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B) OUTDOOR
 INCINERATORS, GARBAGE OR TRASH RECEPTACLES AND OTHER
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS
 APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED. PLEASE SHOW WHERE
 THE GARBAGE CONTAINERS WILL BE KEPT AND HOW THEY WILL
 BE SCREENED. IN ADDITION, PLEASE IDENTIFY ANY GROUND
 LEVEL AIR CONDITIONING UNITS, GENERATORS AND ANY OTHER
 EQUIPMENT AND HOW THESE ITEMS WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 12. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
