 1) ZONING APPROVAL IS GRANTED FOR THE CLUBHOUSE
 BUILDING ONLY. NO EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS, SIDEWALKS,
 LANDSCAPE, PARKING, ETC. APPROVED AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 2) PRIOR TO THE FIRST INSPECTION THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT:
  
 A. A SITE PERMIT. ALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS, SIDEWALKS,
 THE TRANSFORMER, THE CONCRETE PUMP PAD, THE FIRE
 HYDRANT, A/C UNITS, BICYCLE RACK, PARKING AREA, ETC.
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. SIDEWALK WIDTHS SHALL
 BE CONSISTENT WITH THE SIZES SHOWN ON SHEET A-0.01 OF
 THIS PERMIT. THE BICYCLE RACK SHALL ADHERE TO THE
 OAKTON COMMONS CPD DESIGN GUIDELINES WHICH WAS SHOWN ON
 THE PREVIOUS LAND DESIGN SOUTH PLANS SHEET SP-1 OF 4
 AND THE PLANS SHALL INCLUDE THE BICYCLE RACK DETAILS,
 INCLUDING THE TYPE OF BIKE RACK AND THE SPACING OF THE
 RACKS ON THE PAD (NOTE: THESE DETAILS HAVE BEEN
 INCLUDED ON PREVIOUS PLANS SUBMITTED BY LAND DESIGN
 SOUTH).
  
 B. A PARKING LOT STRIPING PERMIT. THE PARKING SHALL BE
 STRIPED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAND DESIGN SOUTH PLANS
 SHEET SP-1 OF 4, INCLUDING THE TURN AROUND SPACE, BUT
 SUBJECT TO FLIPPING THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE AND
 ACCESS AISLE. PARKING STRIPING DETAILS CONFORMING TO
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STANDARDS SHALL BE INCLUDED
 WITH THE PLAN (NOTE: THESE DETAILS HAVE BEEN INCLUDED
 ON PREVIOUS PLANS SUBMITTED BY LAND DESIGN SOUTH).
  
 C. A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. THE PLANTING AREAS ADJACENT TO
 THE BUILDING SHALL BE SHOWN HAVING THE SAME SIZE AS
 SHOWN ON SHEET A-0.01 OF THIS PERMIT. THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL SHOW THE EQUIPMENT ON THE CONCRETE PUMP PAD
 SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OAKTON COMMONS
 CPD DESIGN GUIDELINES, INCLUDE ONE (1) ADDITIONAL
 FOXTAIL PALM ION THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE CLUBHOUSE PER
 THE NUMBER OF TREES APPROVED BY THE LATEST MINOR
 AMENDMENT, AND SHALL SHOW THE OAK TREES IN FRONT OF THE
 BUILDING WITH ROOT BARRIERS AS THEY ARE LOCATED WITHIN
 THE UTILITY EASEMENT AND ADJACENT TO THE DRAINAGE
 EASEMENT.
  
 D. AN IRRIGATION PERMIT.
