 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE PLANS HAVE THE FOLLOWING DISCREPANCIES - ALL
 PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS:
  
 A. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND SURVEY SHOW THE ENTRY WALK AT
 8 FEET WIDE VS. THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-0.01 SHOWS THE
 ENTRY WALK AT 8 FEET 8 INCHES WIDE.
  
 B. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND SURVEY SHOW THE SIDEWALK
 ADJACENT TO THE PARKING AT 5 FEET WIDE AND THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA AT SLIGHTLY LESS THAN 3 FEET WIDE VS.
 THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-0.01 SHOWS SIDEWALK ADJACENT
 TO THE PARKING AT 4 FEET WIDE AND THE LANDSCAPE AREA AT
 SLIGHTLY LESS THAN 4 FEET WIDE. NOTE THAT THE FOXTAIL
 PALMS SHOWN IN THIS LANDSCAPE AREA WILL GROW BETTER
 WITH THE ADDITIONAL FOOT AND CONFORM TO THE OAKTON
 COMMONS CPD DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 C. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND SURVEY SHOW THE SIDEWALK
 EXITING THE DUMPSTER ROOM ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING AT 5 FEET WIDE AND THE LANDSCAPE AREA AT 5
 FEET WIDE VS. THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-0.01 SHOWS
 SIDEWALK EXITING THE DUMPSTER ROOM ON THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING AT 4 FEET WIDE AND THE LANDSCAPE AREA AT 6
 FEET WIDE.
  
 D. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND SURVEY SHOW THE SIDEWALK
 EXITING THE MAIL ROOM ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 AT 3 FEET 4 INCHES WIDE AND THE ADJACENT LANDSCAPE AREA
 AT 3 FEET 4 INCHES WIDE VS. THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET
 A-0.01 SHOWS SIDEWALK EXITING THE MAIL ROOM ON THE WEST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING AT 3 FEET WIDE AND THE ADJACENT
 LANDSCAPE AREA AT 3 FEET 8 INCHES WIDE.
  
 E. REPEAT COMMENT: THE SURVEY AND THE SITE PLAN ON
 SHEET A-0.01 DO NOT SHOW THE BICYCLE PARKING.
  
 F. THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-0.01 SHOWS 7 PARKING SPACES
 AT 10 FEET IN WIDTH WITH NO TURN AROUND AREA AND THE
 HANDICAP SPACE WITH THE ACCESS AISLE ON THE SOUTH SIDE
 OF THE SPACE VS. THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET SP-3 OF 4 SHOWS
 8 PARKING SPACES AT 9 FEET IN WIDTH WITH AN 8 FOOT WIDE
 TURN AROUND AREA AND THE HANDICAP SPACE WITH THE ACCESS
 AISLE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SPACE. THE TURN AROUND
 AREA IS REQUIRED, SO THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-0.01
 SHALL BE CORRECTED. IF THE ACCESS AISLE WILL REMAIN ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE SPACE, THEN IT IS RECOMMENDED
 THAT ALL PARKING DETAILS BE SHOWN ON SITE PLAN ON SHEET
 A-0.01. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL PARKING SPACES IN THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH SHALL BE DOUBLE STRIPED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S PARKING DETAIL, WHICH SHALL
 BE INCLUDED ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE BICYCLE RACK DETAILS,
 INCLUDING THE TYPE OF BIKE RACK AND THE SPACING OF THE
 RACKS ON THE PAD SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE LAST MINOR
 AMENDMENT CALLED FOR A 17 FOOT X 6 FOOT PAD, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE OAKTON COMMONS CPD DESIGN
 GUIDELINES, BUT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A 16.5 FOOT X
 6 FOOT PAD. THE PAD DIMENSION SHALL BE CORRECTLY SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SUBMITTAL OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 FOR TRACT R IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF
 THIS PERMIT.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE CITY'S
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT STATING THAT THE NEW 16 FOOT
 SETBACK FOR THE RECYCLE/DUMPSTER ROOM IS ADEQUATE FOR
 THEM TO PICK-UP THE DUMPSTER. THIS BUILDING SETBACK WAS
 AN ISSUE IDENTIFIED PREVIOUSLY WHEN THE DUMPSTER WAS TO
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING.
  
 5) THE EQUIPMENT ON THE CONCRETE PUMP PAD SHALL BE
 SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OAKTON COMMONS CPD
 DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 6) ONE ADDITIONAL FOXTAIL PALM IS REQUIRED ON THE
 WESTERN SIDE OF THE CLUBHOUSE PER THE NUMBER OF TREES
 APPROVED BY THE LATEST MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 7) THE OAK TREES IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING WILL REQUIRE
 ROOT BARRIERS AS THEY ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE UTILITY
 EASEMENT AND ADJACENT TO THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
