 $107.62= $467394.00.
  
 SUPPLIED TO CITY JULY 02/2009 IS A TOWNHOUSE VALUATION
 SIGNED BY WALLY SCHICKEDANZDROPPING THE VALUATION OF
 THE 114 TOWNHOUSES FROM $235,000 TO $134,863.00 PART OF
 THE FEE REDUCTION ($4,386) IS TO BE PUT TOWARDS THE
 CLUBHOUSE.

 SCICKEDANZ TO REQUEST A MEETING WITH THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL TO DISCUSS THE EVALUATION OF THE CLUBHOUSE,
 POOL AND POOL DECK. I GAVE HIM MS FULCHERS' TELEPHONE
 NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO SET UP A MEETING TO DISCUSS THIS
 MATTER.
  
 W P B ADMINISTRTIVE CODE 108.2 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES.
 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
