| 1) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE SITE PLAN OR SURVEY SHOWING |

| 2) A/C UNITS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE |
| CLUBHOUSE AT THE EXPENSE OF LANDSCAPE. FURTHERMORE, THE |
| A/C UNITS ARE NOT SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE |
| OAKTON COMMONS CPD DESIGN GUIDELINES. THE SCREENING |
| SHALL BE SHOWN ON EITHER THE SITE OR LANDSCAPE PLANS. |

| 3) A CONCRETE PAD AND ELECTRICAL BOXES ARE LOCATED |
| WITHIN THE FRONT LANDSCAPE AREA WHERE AN OAK TREE IS |
| SHOWN ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. PROVIDE A |
| LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING ALL ABOVE GROUND FEATURES AND |
| THE LANDSCAPE DESIGNED AROUND THE FEATURES, INCLUDING |
| THE REQUIRED SCREENING OF THE ELECTRICAL BOXES. |

| 4) THE BICYCLE PARKING HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PERMIT |
| PLANS. THIS SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN AND SURVEY. |

| 6) THE SUBMITTAL OF A LANDSCAPE PERMIT FOR TRACT R IS |
| REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. |

| 7) THE DATA TABLE ON THE COVER SHEET OF THE |
| ARCHITECTURAL PLANS LISTS INCORRECT INFORMATION FOR THE |
| MAXIMUM ALLOWED HEIGHT, BUILDING SIZE, ETC. |

| 8) PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE CITY'S SANITATION |
| DEPARTMENT STATING THAT THE NEW 16 FOOT SETBACK FOR THE |
| RECYCLE/DUMPSTER ROOM IS ADEQUATE FOR THEM TO PICK-UP |
| THE DUMPSTER. THIS BUILDING SETBACK WAS AN ISSUE |
| IDENTIFIED PREVIOUSLY WHEN THE DUMPSTER WAS TO BE |
| LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING. |

| 9) THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THE TRACT R PERMITS |
| SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE APPROVED MINOR AMENDMENT |
| CONCEPTUAL PLANS FOR TRACT R. |
