 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE

 LANAI AND CURB CUT INFORMATION FOR THE ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE AND ACCESSIBLE AISLE. IT IS NOTED PART OF
 THIS WORK MAY BE ON THE SITE WORK, BUT HAVING A OVER
 ALL WORKING DRAWING WILL PROVIDE A CLEAR PICTURE FOR
 CONSTRUCTION AND NOT HAVE CODE VIOLATIONS THAT WILL

 THE USE OF 5/8 INCH PLYWOOD OR 5/8" HUBER ADVAN TECH
 SHEATHING. SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW IS FL # 5930-R2/
 ESR-1473. UNDER THE FL APPROVAL 5930.2 THE REPORT
 INDICATES THE PANELS ARE LIMITED TO ROOFS ON BUILDING

 OBSTRUCTIONS, INCLUDING SURFACE UNDULATIONS OR OTHER

 IT APPEARS THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS GREATER THAN 15'-0",
 IT APPEARS CLOSER TO 17'. PLEASE NOTE THE MULTIPLIERS
 FOR 17 FEET WILL BE HIGHER WITH A "C" EXPOSURE.ASCE
