 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) 2007 EXISTING BUIULDING CODE: 101.3 INTENT. THE
 INTENT OF THIS CODE IS TO PROVIDE FLEXIBILITY TO PERMIT
 THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE APPROACHES TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE
 WITH MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO SAFEGUARD THE PUBLIC
 HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE INSOFAR AS THEY ARE AFFECTED
 BY THE REPAIR, ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY,
 ADDITION AND RELOCATION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS.
  
 1A) PLEASE PROVIDE A KEY PLAN OF THE ENTIRE BUILDING
 PROVIDING THE ADDRESS (SUITE NUMBER) FOR EACH TENANT
 SPACE, PLEASE INCLUDE THE
 FUTURE TENANT SPACE BEING CREATED.
  
 1B) PLEASE FILLOUT A SECOND PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 NEWLY CREATED FUTURE TENANT SPACE, BACK OUT 1/2 OF THE
 COST FOR THE TENANT SEPERATION WALL AND APPLY TO THIS
 NEW PERMIT. A NON-CONFORMITY IS BEING CREATED (
 NO-RESTROOMS) WITHIN THE FUTURE TENANT SPACE.
 WE WILL BE CREATING A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY FOR THIS
 SPACE, TO A SHELL ONLY ! FUTURE TENANT WILL NEED TO
 INSTALL RESTROOMS FOR A HABITABLE SPACE.
  
 1C) WITHIN THE FUTURE TENANT SPACE PLEASE BACK OUT THE
 ELECTRICAL FROM THE ORIGINAL PERMIT SINCE THIS WORK
 WILL ALSO NEED TO BE REFLECTED
 UNDER THE FUTURE TENANT PERMIT.
