 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 ENCROACH MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO THE REQUIRED
 SETBACK FROM THE MAIN HOUSE. THEREFORE, THE A/C UNIT
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 6.7 FEET FROM THE REAR PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 PLEASE NOT THAT THIS SPACE CANNOT BE A SEPARATE
 DWELLING UNIT AND CANNOT BE RENTED AS SUCH.
