 1) WEST PALM BEACH DETERMINES THE AMOUNT OF ALLOWED
 SIGN AREA BASED ON THE BUILDING FACADE SIZE. PROVIDE
 THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING SO THAT STAFF MAY VERIFY THE
 FACADE SIZE AND THUS THE ALLOWED SIGN AREA. THE ALLOWED
 SIGN AREA IS DETERMINED BY TABLE XIII-1 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. DUE TO THE LOCATION
 OF THE SITE WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONING
 DISTRICT, THE ALLOWED SIGN AREA IS 75% OF THE AREA
 LISTED ON THE TABLE. THE PROPOSED SIGN APPEARS TO BE
 TOO BIG.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EXISTING WINDOW SIGNAGE HAS
 BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT AND SHALL BE REMOVED.
 THIS SIGNAGE WILL EXCEED THE SIGNAGE ALLOWED FOR THE
 PLAZA AT THE TIME OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE PROPOSED
 METROPCS SIGN.
