 WAS INSTRUCTED TO UTILIZE PCN# 74434322370121203 (THE
 CURRENT OWNER IS THE STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,
 INC.). THEREFORE, I CALLED CHERYL HORTON, PAPA
 SUPERVISOR OF OWNERSHIP SERVICES AT (561) 355-3330 &
 SHE RELAYED ME TO DARLENE COTTO AT (561) 355-2889.
 DARLENE STATED TO ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM
 WITH US REFERENCING THIS PERMIT TO PCN#
 74434322370121203 (AS THE OWNER IS CURRENTLY THE STRAND
 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.) HOWEVER, SHE THOUGHT IT
 WOULD BE BENEFICIAL FOR US TO SPECIFICALLY STATE IN THE
 DETAILS OF THE PERMIT THAT IT IS NOT BEING REFERENCED
 TO UNIT # 1203 AT 255 EVERNIA ST (SHOULD IT CHANGE
 OWNERSHIP ANYTIME SOON). NOTE: THIS PERMIT IS NOT BEING
 TIED TO A PROSPECTIVE NEW OWNER AT CONDO UNIT # 1203
 (SHOULD A CITIZEN PURCHASE IT), BUT IT IS BEING
