 2007 FBC WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- PERMIT APPLICATION CALLS FOR ROOF RECOVERY-REPAIRS.
 NO MORE THAN 25% OF THE TOTAL ROOF AREA SHALL BE
 REPAIRED OR RECOVERED UNLESS THE ENTIRE ROOFING SYSTEM
 IS REPLACED. SEC. 611.1.1 OF FBC 2007- EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 2- NOA 07-0822.10 SUBMITTED SI SUPERSEDED BY
 MIAMI-DADE. SEE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE. NEED TO PROVIDE
 CURRENT NOA.
  
 3- PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF NOA. ONLY ONE WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 4- CLEARLY SPECIFY ON THE NEW NOA SUBMITTED WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- A) IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY FROM THE NOA IS LIMITED BY
 THE GENERAL LIMITATION #9, THEN IT MAY MAY NOT BE USED
 IF THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY ARE
 TOO LOW TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R301. GENERAL
 LIMITATION #9 DOESN'T ALLOW NAIL ENHANCING. SEE GENERAL
 LIMITATION #9 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED.
  
 B) IF SELECTED ASSEMBLY IS LIMITED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7, THEN PROVIDE THE REQUIRED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE NAIL ENHANCING AT THE PERIMETER
 AND CORNER AREAS. SEE GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST
 PAGE OF NOA SUBMITTED TO CHECK IF THE REQUIRED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
  
 6- ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C". DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL DOING THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS TO TAKE
 THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN DOING THE CALCULATIONS.
  
 7- UPDATE VALUATION AS REQUIRED TO INCLUDE RE-ROOFING
 ENTIRE ROOF. SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
