 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW
 APPROVAL ("ISPR 05-09") IS REQUIRED. AN APPLICATION
 WILL NEED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO SIGN-OFF OF BUILDING
 PERMIT. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD AN APPLICATION AT THE LINK
 BELOW:

 THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE AND DOWNLOAD THE DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION (SEE PAGE 2, SITE PLAN AMENDMENT (MINOR -
 LEVEL 1) FOR APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
  
 THE COMMENTS BELOW REFLECT THE INFORMATION NEEDED ON
 SITE PLAN, PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT TO
 THE ISPR 05-09.
  
 3. ON SHEET C4, "GENERATOR COMPOUND CROSS SECTION,"
 INCLUDE THE GENERATOR PROFILE WITHIN THE ENCLOSURE TO
 ASSURE THAT THE ENTIRE GENERATOR WILL BE SCREENED. ALSO
 SHOW DETAIL OF LANDSCAPING AND CURBING WITH THE CROSS
 SECTION.
  
 THE SITE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. SCREENING AND ELEVATION OF WALL/HEDGES AROUND
 GENERATOR/ FUEL TANK, AND SETBACK DISTANCE FROM
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
 B. SHOW AMENDED SITE DATA TABLE THAT DEPICTS THE TOTAL
 PARKING SPACES THAT WERE REQUIRED/PROVIDED AND INCLUDE
 THE DELETION (MINUS) OF THE PARKING SPACES THAT WILL BE
 TAKEN UP BY THE NEW GENERATOR. A TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND WILL BE REQUIRED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE GENERATOR
 ENCLOSURE, SO ADDITIONAL PARKING WILL BE TAKEN UP.
 THERE SEEMS TO BE EXCESS PARKING FROM THE APPROVED
 PLANS, BUT THE REVISIONS SHOWING WHAT WAS REQUIRED AND
 PROVIDED NEED TO ALSO BE SHOWN. A COPY OF THE APPROVED
 PLANS CAN BE PROVIDED AT YOUR REQUEST FOR REFERENCE.
  
 NOTE: IS IT POSSIBLE TO MOVE THE GENERATOR OUT OF THE
 GENERAL PARKING AREA TO A MORE CONSPICUOUS AREA SUCH AS
 THE SOUTHEASTERN CORNER OF THE PROPERTY (WHERE THERE
 ARE SIX (6) PARKING SPACES)? THERE ARE TWO EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLANDS IN PLACE THAT CAN
 ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED GENERATOR WITH LESS
 CURBING/LANDSCAPING ISLANDS REQUIRED.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OPEN SPACE
 STANDARDS:
  
 (B) FUEL OR OIL OR PROPANE TANKS, GENERATORS SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY, DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL.
  
 WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES
 PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE
 WITH MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL, AN
 OBSCURING GATE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR SITE PLAN
 APPROVAL.
  
 THE SCREENING SHALL ENCLOSE BOTH FUEL TANK AND ROOFTOP
 EXHAUST.
