 ONE OF THE UNITS FOR THE BUILDING ON A COMPLETELY
 DIFFERENT PARCEL, PCN# 74434321010270041 (WHICH IS THE
 ONE ACROSS THE STREET WITH A PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 210 N
 SAPODILLA AVE FOR THE OTHER UNIT). THE WORK FOR THIS
 PERMIT IS TO REPLACE A BROKEN GENERATOR, WHICH ACTUALLY
 TAKES PLACE IN THE WEST PARCEL BOUNDARY OF PCN#
 74434321010380010 (AN OPEN STORAGE AREA WITH A GARAGE &
 ACCESS OFF 2ND ST). PCN# 74434321010380010 ALSO
 CONSISTS OF A FACILITY AT 209 N SAPODILLA AVE (PRIMARY
 ADDRESS) IN THE EAST PARCEL BOUNDARY. SINCE THE
 PERMITTED WORK TAKES PLACE IN THE WEST PARCEL BOUNDARY
 OF PCN# 74434321010380010 "WITH ACCESS OFF 2ND ST", I
 HAVE ASSIGNED THE OPEN STORAGE AREA THE SECONDARY
 ADDRESS OF 804 2ND ST (I SENT OUT AN E-MAIL
 NOTIFICATION TO ALL OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES.). I HAVE
 PROPERLY REFERENCED THIS PERMIT FROM 208 N SAPODILLA
 AVE TO 804 2ND ST OF PCN# 74434321010380010 IN THE
 COMMUNITYPLUS DATABASE. SINCE I WAS ONLY PROVIDED WITH
 A COPY, PLEASE CORRECT IT ON THE ORIGINAL PERMIT
 APPLICATION TO 804 2ND ST.
