 1) SHEET A-4 INDICATES A BUILDING CODE ANALYSIS, PLANS
 INDICATE IT TO BE A TYPE 5B, PLEASE SEE 2007 FBC-B
 TABLE 503, THIS BEING A HIGH RISE PLEASE REVIEW TYPE
 L-A AND L-B. DEPENDING ON THE BUILDING HEIGHT IIN
 STORIES IT IS EITHER A I-A OR I-B. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 2) PLEASE REVIEW THE SCALE THE PLANS ARE DRAWN TO, THE
 PLANS INDICATE 1/4 INCH BUT SCALE OUT TO BE 3/16 OF AN
 INCH FOR ALL DOOR
 WAYS. THIS WILL DRAMATICALLY EFFECT TRAVEL DISTANCES.
  
 3) THE MAIN DINING ROOM DOES HAVE 2 EXITS THAT WILL
 MEET THE 1/3RD THE DIAGONAL, BUT NOT THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF FBC-B 1014.3(5) COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE IDSTANCES FOR THE COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL
 DISTANCES FROM THE MOST REMOTE POINT IN THE TENANT
 SPACE . COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL IS MEASURED FROM THE MOST
 REMOTE POINT IN A SPACE TO THE POINT IN THE EXIT PATH
 WHERE AN OCCUPANT HAS ACCESS TO TWO REQUIRED EXITS IN
 SEPERATE DIRECTIONS.
  
 4) THE MAIN DINING ROOM REQUIRES TWO EXITS 1/3RD THE
 DISTANCE APART, THE DOORWAYS ARE THERE BUT NOT THE
 SECOND REQUIRED EXIT ACCESS, IT IS BLOCKED BY DINING
 ROOM TABLES. FBC-B 1015.2 & 1005.1 MULTIPLE MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL BE SIZED SUCH THAT THE LOSS OF ANY ONE
 MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL NOT REDUCE THE AVAILABLE CAPACITY
 TO LESS THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED CAPACITY.
  
 5) THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FINISH INFORMATION FOR
 FLOOR, WALL OR CEILING FINISHES PER FBC-B 803.1 & TABLE
 803.5.
  
 6) THE PLANS ALSO WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH :
 11-5.2 COUNTERS AND BARS. WHERE FOOD OR DRINK IS SERVED
 AT COUNTERS EXCEEDING 34 INCHES (865 MM) IN HEIGHT FOR
 CONSUMPTION BY CUSTOMERS SEATED ON STOOLS OR STANDING
 AT THE COUNTER, A PORTION OF THE MAIN COUNTER WHICH IS
 60 INCHES (1525 MM) IN LENGTH MINIMUM SHALL BE PROVIDED
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.32 OR SERVICE SHALL BE
 AVAILABLE AT ACCESSIBLE TABLES WITHIN THE SAME AREA.
  
 11-5.3 ACCESS AISLES. ALL ACCESSIBLE FIXED TABLES SHALL
 BE ACCESSIBLE BY MEANS OF AN ACCESS AISLE AT LEAST 36
 INCHES (915 MM) CLEAR BETWEEN PARALLEL EDGES OF TABLES
 OR BETWEEN A WALL AND THE TABLE EDGES.
  
 7) NEITHER A-4 OR E-1 PROVIDE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B
 1006.1.1 MEANS OF EGRESS ILLUMINATION.

 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
