 PLEASE PROVIDE THE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) PER THE MARCH 18, 2008 DETERMINATION LETTER FROM
 ANGELLA VANN TO JONI BRINKMAN, THE PARKING LOT REQUIRES
 REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE PLANS AND PLATS REVIEW
 COMMITTEE. THIS SHALL OCCUR PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2) PROVIDE A RECENT, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, SURVEY OF
 THE SUBJECT AREA.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE
 EACH PARKING ROW. THE PARKING DETAIL SHOWS 8.5 FEET
 WIDE SPACES WHILE THE PARKING ROWS WITH 10 PARKING
 SPACES SCALE TO LESS THAN REQUIRED 85 FEET ON THE PLAN.
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A HANDICAP PARKING SPACE,
 ACCESS AISLE AND SIDEWALK THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE
 PAVING PLAN.
  
 5) IF A HANDICAP PARKING SPACE IS REQUIRED, THEN THE
 CITY'S HANDICAP PARKING DETAIL SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE
 PAVING PLAN.
  
 6) FIGURE XIV-2 LOCATED IN SECTION 94-443(C)(5) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES TWO
 (2) FEET FROM THE BACK OF THE WHEEL STOP TO THE END OF
 THE PARKING SPACE. UPDATE THE PARKING SPACE DETAIL
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7) PROVIDE A WHEEL STOP DETAIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 FIGURE XIV-2.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE CURB FACE TO CURB
 FACE OF THE ENTRANCE DRIVE.
  
 9) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT TO
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT FOR THE FULL PARKING BAY (BOTH SPACES
 AND DRIVE AISLE) WIDTH OF THE PARKING LOT.
  
 10) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE PARKING BACK OUT
 ASSIST AREA.
  
 11) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT OR CURBING AROUND THE PARKING LOT.
  
 12) ALL DIMENSIONS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 13) FENCES, GATES AND LIGHTING REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
