 1) PER THE MARCH 18, 2008 DETERMINATION LETTER FROM
 ANGELLA VANN TO JONI BRINKMAN, THE PARKING LOT REQUIRES
 REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE PLANS AND PLATS REVIEW
 COMMITTEE. THIS SHALL OCCUR PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PARKING SPACES ARE LISTED WITH A DIMENSION OF 9
 FEET X 19 FEET, YET THEY SCALE AT 8.5 FEET X 18.5 FEET.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARKING DETAIL ON THE PARKING
 PLANS SHOWS THE SPACES AT 8.5 X 19.5 FEET. ALL PLANS
 SHALL SHOW SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE
 EACH PARKING ROW. BOTH PARKING ROWS SCALE AT GREATER
 THAN 85 FEET, WHICH DOES NOT TOTAL THE SAME AS THE
 STATED PARKING SPACE WIDTHS.
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A HANDICAP PARKING SPACE,
 ACCESS AISLE AND SIDEWALK THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE
 PAVING PLAN.
  
 5) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE CURB FACE TO CURB
 FACE OF THE ENTRANCE DRIVE.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT TO
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT FOR THE FULL PARKING BAY (BOTH SPACES
 AND DRIVE AISLE) WIDTH OF THE PARKING LOT.
  
 7) THE "TURN OUT NOTCH" THREE (3) FEET SHALL NOT
 INCLUDE THE CURB.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT OR CURBING AROUND THE PARKING LOT.
  
 9) ALL DIMENSIONS SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE PAVING
 PLAN.
