 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: THE WIDTH OF THE PARKING LOT SHALL
 BE REDUCED TO 60 FEET WITH THE BALANCE OF THE AREA
 CONVERTED INTO GREEN SPACE. THAT WILL ALLOW TWO (2)
 PARKING ROWS WITH THE PARKING STALLS 18 FEET IN LENGTH
 AND A 24 FOOT DRIVE AISLE.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-4443 (C) (4), FOR OTHER PAVED
 AREAS UTILIZED BY MOTOR VEHICLES, INCLUDING AISLES,
 LOADING AREAS, CIRCULATION AREAS AND DRIVE-IN SERVICE
 AREAS, ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS
 FOLLOWS: FOUR SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL BE
 REQUIRED FOR EACH 100 SQUARE FEET OR FRACTION THEREOF.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: THE FENCE ADJACENT TO AUSTALIAN
 AVENUE SHALL BE MOVED TO THE INSIDE OF THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER WITH THE HEDGE TO BE PLANTED ON THE STREET SIDE
 OF THE FENCE. THIS WILL ALLOW STACKING ROOM FOR CARS
 COMING IN FROM AUSTRALIAN.
