 1. PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE PROPOSED BUILDING (STRUCTURE) ON THE SURVEY
 DEPICTING DIMENSIONS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. THE REAR
 SETBACK IS NOT SHOWN.
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED
 A/C/MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDR: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 5. PROVIDE TOTAL HEIGHT FROM FINISHED FLOOR TO FINISHED
 ROOF TOP ON SHEET WITH ELEVATIONS.
  
 6. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED. CONTACT
 ROBERT KUSSNER (LANDSCAPE PLANNER) @ 822-1462.
  
 SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR.
  
 7. A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY WILL BE
 REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT THROUGH
 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
