| POINT WHERE PROPERTY LINES MEET AT THE CORNER, THEN 20 |
| FEET ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY |
| TO A POINT ALONG THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM |
