 1) THE PROPOSED SIGN DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE CITYPLACE
 MASTER SIGN PLAN. THE UPPER PLAZA ENTERTAINMENT AREA 3'
 X 10' TENANT SIGNS MAY ONLY BE CONSTRUCTED ON EITHER
 SIDE OF THE ROSEMARY AVENUE STAIRWAY ENTRANCE TO THE
 UPPER PLAZA ENTERTAINMENT AREA.
  
 2) BLADE SIGNS MAY ONLY BE 18" X 18" AND A MAXIMUM OF
 4" WIDE IF IT IS TO BE ILLUMINATED BY LED. THIS SIZE
 MAY BE INCREASED BY 25% IN WRITING FROM CITYPLACE AND
 INCREASED BY 50% IF A MINOR PD AMENDMENT IS APPROVED BY
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT. THE PROPOSED SIGN
 IS 900% LARGER AND 450% WIDER THAN WHAT IS ALLOWED BY
 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. ADDITIONALLY IT DOES
 NOT APPEAR TO BE USING A LOW VOLTAGE ILLUMINATION
 SOURCE.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PLACEMENT OF A BLADE SIGN ON
 THE SECOND LEVEL AND NOT BY THE ENTRANCE AT THE STREET
 LEVEL FOR THIS TENANT REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR
 PD AMENDMENT.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED SIGN REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF A MAJOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO THE CITYPLACE MASTER
 SIGN PLAN BY THE CITY COMMISSION PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
