 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (B) (1), FOR
 NONRESIDENTIAL USES ADJACENT TO NONRESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICTS, THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE STRIP SHALL BE AT
 LEAST FIVE FEET WIDE ALONG THE ENTIRE EDGE OF PROPERTY.
 THE CHARCOAL GRILL APPEARS TO ENCROACH INTO THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER. IN ADDITION, THE EXISTING
 HOLLY TREES AND HEDGE SHALL REMAIN IN THEIR CURRENT
 LOCATION ADJACENT TO THE PATIO AREA. THERE IS A
 DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE PLANS REGARDING THE LOCATION
 AND SIZE OF THE GRILL AREA AND ONE DAHOON HOLLY. ALL
 PLANS MUST BE CONSISTENT.
  
 3. THE PATIO REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
