 1) SITE PLAN REVIEW:
  
 1A) THE FRONT ENTRY IS NOT THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRY,
 11-4.1.8(3) DOES ALLOW FOR ALTERNATE ENTRY PLEASE
 INDICATE HOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL BARRIER
 REMOVAL ACT WOULD NOT BE READILY ACHIEVABLE. IN BOTH
 CASES FRONT OR REAR ENTRY THE ENTRANCE WOULD NEED TO BE
 MODIFIED BY CHANGE OF ELEVATION.
  
 1B) FOR ENTRANCES THAT ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE PLEASE REVIEW
 REQUIRED SIGNAGE 11-4.1.8(3) , 11-4.30.1. & 11-4.30.7.
  
 1C) THE REAR OF THE BUILDING INDICATES THE ACCESSIBLE
 PATH WITH THE USE OF A RAMP FOR CHANGE IN ELEVATION.
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 11-4.8.4(2) FOR THE REQUIRED
 LENGTH OF THE BOTTOM LANDING. ALL LANDINGS ON RAMPS
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60" CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH
 RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT & LEVEL
 CLEARANCE.
  
 1D) THE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE RAMP IS THE MID LANDING
 AND CHANGE OF DIRECTION. 11-4.8.4(3) IF RAMPS CHANGE
 DIRECTION AT LANDINGS, THE MINIMUM LANDING SIZE SHALL
 BE 60" X 60".
  
 1E) PLANS INDICATE THIS TO BE A LEVEL III ALTERATION
 BUT IS IT A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROMR-3 TO BUSINESS? IF
 SO PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE OFFICE WILL NEED TO
 REVIEW PLANS FOR ASSESSMENT.
  
 2) THE FRONT ENTRY DOORS ARE LACKING PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AS PER RULE 9B-72(31)(A) FOR EXTERIOR DOORS. SHEET S-1
 INDICATES IN SECTION #1 INDICATES THE DOORS TO BE
 WITHIN A DOOR FRAME AND TRANSOM TO BE IMPOSED UPON THE
 BEAM MORE OF A MOCK TRANSOM?
  
 3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED 106.1.2 SHEET A-300
 INDICATES THE USE OF CAST STONE TRIM PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH EITHER FBC-B 1405.6, 1405.7 OR 1405.9.
  
 4) A-3 AND STRUCTURAL SHEETS ALSO INDICATE A NEW
 CRICKET BUT THE PLANS INDICATE THE TYPE OF ROOF
 COVERING TO BE SHINGLES. NO ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS
 SUBMITTED, RULE 9B-72(31)(D) WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AT TIME OF THE ROOFING PERMIT IS APPLIED FOR.
  
 5) SHEET M-1 IT APPEARS THAT THE A/C CONDENSERS ARE TO
 BE ROOF MOUNTED, IF THIS IS THE CASE RULE 9-B-72(31)(G)
 REQUIRES PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR PRE-ENGINEERED AIR
 CONDITIONING STANDS. THE SITE PLANS DO INDICATE
 EXISTING CONCRETE A/C PAD?
  
 6) A-400 INDICATES THE USE OF ICYNENE FOAM INSULATION
 PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT TESTING REPORTS AS TO
