 2007 FBC WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- ACCORDING TO 2009 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF THE
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED
 ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT EXPOSURE "B". REVISE STRUCTURAL
 DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED. ENGINEER NEEDS TO REVISE THE
 DESIGN CRITERIA AND THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN
 PRESSURES ON THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS.
  
 2- ENGINEER NEEDS TO INCREASE 20% ON THE ROOF SHEATHING
 AND ROOF-TO-WALL UPLIFT LOADS AS REQUIRED BY 2009
 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3(2).
  
 3- BRING PLANS TO THE HISTORIC DEPARTMENT FOR HISTORIC
 APPROVAL STAMP BEFORE SUBMITTING THEM TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 (A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS FOR FIXED WINDOWS. THERE ARE NOT
 FIXED WINDOWS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND, NOA 08-1112.10
 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE.
  
 (B) SLIDING WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 (C) FLAT ROOF SYSTEM TO BE USED: (1 )NOA SPECIFIED ON
 ROOF FRAMING PLAN IS NOT THE SAME NOA THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED. AND, IT CAN'T BE USED BECAUSE IT WAS
 SUPERSEDED BY MIAMI-DADE. REVISE PLANS AND PRODUCT
 APPROVAL TO MATCH. SEE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE FOR CURRENT
 PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 (2) CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING
 TO BE USED.
 (3) PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7. IF NOA SUBMITTED REQUIRES SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS, THEN PROVIDE SIGNED AND
 SEALED CALCULATIONS.
 (4) DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DOING THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS
 TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C".
 (5) FLAT ROOF NOA 07-0730.03 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED
 BY MIAMI-DADE. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT NOA. SEE
 MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE. AND PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS.
 SEE ITEM (C)(3) ABOVE.
  
 (D) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 (E) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 (F) EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- PROVIDE WINDOW CUT SHEETS SHOWING THAT 36"X56"
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOW MEET THE MIN. CLEAR OPENING REQUIRED
 OPENING AREA TO BE 5.7 S.FS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R310.1.1 AND R310.1.2 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 7- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO
 VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 8- SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS ON PLANS AS REQUIRED
 BY 2009 REVISIONS SEC. R313.4 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 9- REVISE OVERFLOW SCUPPERS SHOWN ON SHEET A2.3 TO
 COMPLY WITH SEC. R903.4.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. REVISE LOCATION OF MAIN SCUPPERS AND OVERFLOW
 SCUPPER IN RELATION TO THE ROOF FINISH. SEE SEC. R903.4
 AND R903.4.1.
  
 10- SPECIFY ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.
  
 11- CLARIFY HOW INSTALLING R-30 BUTT INSULATION ON ROOF
 DECK. AS SHOWN ON WALL SECTIONS AND DETAILS ON SHEET
 A3.2 AND A3.3. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 12- REVISE STUCCO THICKNESS ON WOOD FRAMED WALLS NEED
 7/8" MIN. THICKNESS. SEE TABLE R702.1(1). REVISE ALL
 WALL SECTIONS AND WALL LEGEND SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 13- PROPOSED 2ND FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A2.1 SHOWS 2'X3'
 ATTIC ACCESS. THIS IS A FLAT ROOF. CLARIFY/REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 14- PARTIAL SECOND FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET S2 SHOWS BEAMS
 RUNNING THRU CHASE OF EXISTING CHIMNEY. PROVIDE DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC
 R1001.11. AND, THE FIREBLOCKING AND DRAFSTOPPPING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 15- REVISE ALL WALL SECTIONS AND WALL SCHEDULE
 SPECIFICATIONS TO SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF WATER RESISTANT
 BARRIERS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.6.3.
  
 16- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) ITEM #8 IS MISSING THE COMMON FLOOR. THIS IS A 2
 STORY ADDITION.
 B) CLARIFY HOW OBTAINING R6 INSULATION ON THE MASONRY
 WALL. AND, COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION SHOWN ON PLANS.
 C) OWNER/AGENT TO SIGN AND DATE BOTTOM OF FORM.
 D) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF THE FORM.
 E) COORDINATE R VALUE SHOWN ON ITEM #9(2) WITH
 INFORMATION SHOWN ON PLANS.
 F) REVISE ITEM #10. THERE IS NOT ATTIC ON THIS HOUSE.
 SEE PLANS.
 G) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TABLES 11B-1 AND
 11B-2 ON SHEET 2.
