 ACCESS POINT IS ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL THAT HAS LESS
 THAN 75 DWELLING UNITS. THE ADDITIONAL ACCESS POINT IS
 NOT ALLOWED. HOWEVER, THE EXISTING ACCESS POINT MAY BE
 WIDENED TO A WIDTH ACCEPTABLE BY THE ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT. CONSULT WITH THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT @
 (561) 494-1040 TO WHAT THE MAXIMUM WIDTH IS FOR A
 RESIDENTIAL ACCESS POINT (APRON). ALSO, THE PERVIOUS
 AREA WILL NOT NEED BE CALCULATED IF THE EXISTING
 CONCRETE WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH PAVERS OVER
 COMPACTED LIME ROCK BASE.
