 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"), THE SCOPE OF WORK
 SHOWING THE ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE WITH KITCHEN
 (DWELLING UNIT) IN THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE ACCESSORY
 UNIT (GARAGE CONVERSION) IS NOT ALLOWED IN A SINGLE
 FAMILY LOW RESIDENTIAL ("SF7") ZONING DISTRICT, IT
 EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE DWELLING UNITS OF ONE (1) SINGLE
 FAMILY. THE ADDITIONAL REMODELING WORK FOR THE
 ACCESSORY UNIT WILL BE ALLOWED. HOWEVER, THE SCOPE OF
 WORK WILL NEED TO BE REVISED TO OMIT ALL REFERENCE,
 DRAWINGS OF THE LIVING SPACE CONVERSION IN THE GARAGE,
 SO THAT THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK CAN BE REVIEWED
 ACCORDINGLY.
