 1) SPECIFY THE NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN ON THE PLANS. IF PERSON IS
 LICENSED UNDER FS 471 OR 481, THEN APPROPRIATE SEALS
 AND SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED.
  
 2) PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE EXISTING FIRST
 FLOOR AND A SEPARATE FLOOR PLAN SHOWING THE PROPOSED
 CHANGES.
  
 3) PROVIDE SQUARE FEET AREA OF EXISTING FIRST FLOOR
 LIVING SPACE AND GARAGE AREA AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT
 LIVING SPACE AFTER CHANGES.
  
 4) PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE EXTERIOR WALLS AT THE NEW
 WASHER/DRYER ENCLOSURE AND THE IN-FILL AT THE EXISTING
 GARAGE DOOR OPENING. SPECIFY FRAMING MATERIAL, ANCHORS,
 STRAPS, INSULATION, INTERIOR FINISH AND EXTERIOR
 FINISH.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR EGRESS STAIRS THAT
 ARE BEING REPLACED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R311.5
 STAIRWAYS, R312 GUARDS AND R301.5 LIVE LOAD.
  
 6) THE CONDITIONED FIRST FLOOR AREA ON THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORM IS 336 SQFT AND ON THE PLANS IT IS 510
 SQFT. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 7) THE PLANS SPECIFY THE OCCUPANCY AS R-2. BECAUSE THIS
 IS A TWO UNIT RESIDENCE, IT IS CONSIDERED AN R-3
 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE REVISE PLANS.
  
 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THE IMPACT RATED HORIZONTAL SLIDING WINDOW IN BEDROOM
 #2 AND THE EXTERIOR DOUBLE DOORS AT THE NEW LAUNDRY
 ROOM AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9B-72.
  
 9) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THE IMPACT RATED SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. THE ONES THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED HAVE BEEN SUPERSEDED BY NOA NO.
 09-0916.05 AND ARE NO LONGER CURRENT.
  
 10) BECAUSE THE EXISTING GARAGE IS BEING CONVERTED TO
 LIVING SPACE, THE PLANS WILL NEED AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW
 BY PALM BEACH COUNTY.
