 PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK LISTED FOR THE PERMIT IS TO
 REPLACE THE ENTRY RAMP AND TO RE-STRIPE THE PARKING
 AREA WITH A DIFFERENT LAYOUT, YET THE DEMOLITION AND
 CONSTRUCTION PLANS INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING
 COOLER AND FENCE AND THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW COOLER
 AND FENCE AS WELL AS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR ELECTRICAL
 WORK. THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY SHOW WHAT IS INCLUDED ON
 THIS PERMIT SO THAT THE ACTUAL SCOPE OF WORK MAY BE
 REVIEWED.
  
 2) THE EXISTING/DEMOLITION SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE
 SURVEY, EX. PERIMETER BUFFERS, AREA AROUND THE SIGN AT
 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY, NO SIGN SHOWN AT REAR OF PROPERTY
 ON SURVEY, DUMPSTER LOCATION, COOLER AREA.
  
 3) THE PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY SITE DATA. THE SITE
 DATA SHALL INCLUDE THE ACREAGE, THE AMOUNT OF REQUIRED
 AND PROPOSED PARKING, TO INCLUDE ADA, LOADING AND
 BICYCLE PARKING, AND THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 PERVIOUS/IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AND LANDSCAPE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.
  
 4) THE DEMOLITION NOTES STATE THAT THERE IS LANDSCAPE
 BEING REMOVED (NOTE #6) YET THERE IS NO MENTION OF
 REPLACEMENT LANDSCAPE. THE SITE APPEARS TO BE DEFICIENT
 IN LANDSCAPE PERCENTAGE (MINIMUM 15% REQUIRED);
 THEREFORE THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPE ON SITE MAY NOT BE
 REDUCED. NOTE: THIS ALSO APPLIES TO THE DISCREPANCIES
 BETWEEN LANDSCAPE AREA SHOWN ON SURVEY AND LANDSCAPE
 AREA SHOWN ON SITE PLAN.
  
 5) THE LATEST APPROVED SITE/PARKING PLAN FOR THE SITE
 IS FROM PERMIT NUMBER 8900G APPROVED IN 1978. THE
 PARKING SHOWN ON THE SUBMITTED EXISTING/DEMOLITION SITE
 PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THIS CONFIGURATION. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT ANY CHANGE FROM THE LATEST APPROVED PARKING
 CONFIGURATION WILL REQUIRE THAT THE PARKING LOT BE
 BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS IN ARTICLE
 XIV "LANDSCAPE" AND ARTICLE XV "PARKING" OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 6) THE RECONFIGURED PARKING LOT REQUIRES INTERIOR
 TERMINAL AND TERMINAL PARKING ISLANDS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 7) THE RECONFIGURED PARKING LOT REQUIRES PROPER
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ADJACENT TO THE PARKING AREAS ARE
 REQUIRED.
  
 8) THE RECONFIGURED PARKING LOT REQUIRES BICYCLE
 PARKING.
  
 9) THE AERIAL OF THE SITE SHOWS NO PARKING SPACES
 CURRENTLY STRIPED. ALL REGULAR PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 STRIPED TO A UNIFORM WIDTH, NOT DIFFERENT SIZES AS
 SHOWN ON THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN.
  
 10) THE PARKING DETAIL DOES NOT MEET CITY STANDARDS.
 THE PARKING DETAIL SHALL ALSO SHOW THE REGULAR PARKING
 SPACE DIMENSIONS.
  
 11) WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE AREA WITH YELLOW
 STRIPING ADJACENT TO THE HC ACCESS AISLE?
  
 12) IS THE YELLOW STRIPPED AREA ADJACENT TO THE COOLER
 TO BE A LOADING ZONE? IF SO, IT SHALL BE APPROPRIATELY
 MARKED AS SUCH.
  
 13) SHEET A-2 "ADDITIONAL KEY NOTES" LISTS NEW COOLER,
 FENCE AND GATE. NONE OF THESE LISTED ON PERMIT SCOPE OF
 WORK. PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE COOLER, INCLUDING
 ELEVATION AND MATERIALS. DEPENDING ON THE COOLER
 DESIGN, A TALLER FENCE MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
 PROPER SCREENING.
  
 14) FOUNDATION PLANTING AROUND THE COOLER, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(E), IS REQUIRED.
  
 15) THE SITE PLAN SHALL CLEARLY DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN
 PAVED AND LANDSCAPED AREAS.
