 1) REPEAT COMMENT - THERE SHALL BE A DRIVE AISLE OF AT
 LEAST 20 FEET IN WIDTH TO ALLOW ACCESS TO EACH
 INVENTORY PARKING ROW. THIS IS NOT MEET ALONG THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE AISLE WHERE THE BUILDING IS
 REMOVED AND THE AISLE WITH THE NEW LANDSCAPE ADDITIONS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - THERE IS AN EXISTING LANDSCAPE
 STRIP AT THE NORTHERN EDGE OF THE LIMITS OF WORK
 (ADJACENT TO WHERE THE MITIGATION LANDSCAPE IS BEING
 ADDED). THIS EXISTING LANDSCAPE AREA AND ITS SQUARE
 FOOTAGE SHALL BE SHOWN INDEPENDENT FROM THE MITIGATION
 LANDSCAPE AND ITS SQUARE FOOTAGE. THE PLANS SHOW
 EXISTING LANDSCAPE BEING COUNTED AS MITIGATION
 LANDSCAPE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUM OF THE LANDSCAPE
 AREAS DO NOT MATCH THE REPLACEMENT LANDSCAPE TOTAL.
  
 3) WHEEL STOPS MAY NOT BE USED TO SEPARATE THE PARKING
 FROM THE EDGE OF THE LANDSCAPE. THIS SCENARIO REQUIRES
 A TYPE D-CURB. THE WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE REPLACED BY
 TYPE D-CURBING.
