 1) THE REVISED PAVING PLAN APPLICATION STATES THAT THE
 PAVING PLAN MATCHES THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SUBMITTED WITH PERMIT NO. 10120106 WAS DENIED BY
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN REVIEWER. THERE HAS BEEN NO
 RESUBMITTAL FOR THAT PERMIT TO ADDRESS OUTSTANDING
 COMMENTS. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT
 DOES NOT MATCH THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT, NOR DOES IT ADDRESS THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN REVIEWER'S COMMENTS.
  
 2) ALL PLANS FOR BOTH PERMITS SHALL MATCH AND ADDRESS
 ALL COMMENTS.
  
 3) THERE SHALL BE A DRIVE AISLE OF AT LEAST 20 FEET IN
 WIDTH TO ALLOW ACCESS TO EACH INVENTORY PARKING ROW.
 THIS IS NOT MEET ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN
 THE AISLE WHERE THE BUILDING IS REMOVED AND THE AISLE
 WITH THE NEW LANDSCAPE ADDITIONS.
  
 4) THERE IS AN EXISTING LANDSCAPE STRIP AT THE NORTHERN
 EDGE OF THE LIMITS OF WORK (ADJACENT TO WHERE THE
 MITIGATION LANDSCAPE IS BEING ADDED). THIS EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE AREA AND ITS SQUARE FOOTAGE SHALL BE SHOWN
 INDEPENDENT FROM THE MITIGATION LANDSCAPE AND ITS
 SQUARE FOOTAGE. THE PLANS SHOW EXISTING LANDSCAPE BEING
 COUNTED AS MITIGATION LANDSCAPE.
