 1. SEPARATE LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO CONTAIN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-448(D)(2) OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL ALSO CONTAIN A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE INCLUDING MATERIALS AND LABOR
 BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST. ENSURE THAT THE EXISTING
 FENCE AND LIGHT POLES ARE SHOWN SO THAT CONFLICTS CAN
 BE AVOIDED.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS AND DIMENSIONS TO
 VERIFY THE AREA OF LANDSCAPE TO BE ADDED IS EQUAL OR
 GREATER TO THE AREA OF LANDSCAPING BEING LOST AROUND
 THE BUILDING. PLEASE INCLUDE THE LOCATION OF THE
 EXISTING CHAINLINK FENCE ON THE PLANS AS WELL AS THE
 LIMIT OF ASPHALT ON ALL SIDES OF THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE
 STRIP. DIFFERENTIATE THE EXISTING LANDSCAPED AREAS
 ALONG THE FENCE LINE FROM THOSE WHICH WILL BE ADDED AS
 A RESULT OF REMOVING ASPHALT.
  
 3. ADD A NOTE THAT TYPE "D" CURB WILL BE USED AROUND
 THE NEW PARKING LOT ISLANDS. EXTRUDED CURB IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 4. THE PARKING SPACES EAST OF THE BUILDING TO BE DEMOED
 SHOULD BE RECONFIGURED TO PROVIDE A DRIVE AISLE AT
 LEAST 24 FEET IN WIDTH. OTHERWISE THREE LONG DEAD-END
 ROWS WILL BE CREATED. CUSTOMERS WHO DRIVE DOWN THE ROWS
 WILL HAVE TO BACK UP THE ENTIRE DISTANCE TO GET BACK
 OUT AGAIN. WHILE YOU MAY CONTINUE THE USE OF THE
 STRIPED BOX PARKING SPACES WHERE THE BUILDING WAS, THE
 STRIPING OF THE SPACES SOUTH OF THE NEW LANDSCAPED AREA
 NEED TO BE DOUBLE STRIPED AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CITY'S PARKING LOT STRIPING DETAIL. PLEASE INCLUDE A
 COPY OF THE STRIPING DETAIL ON YOUR PLAN.
