 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.3 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF SHINGLES. NOA 07-1120.14 SUBMITTED WAS
 SUPERSEDED ON THE MIAMI DADE WEBSITE. PROVIDE CURRENT
 NOA.
  
 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. NOA 07-0322.06 SUBMITTED
 EXPIRES ON MARCH 23, 2011. MASTER PLAN WILL HAVE TO BE
 REVISED FOR FUTURE SUBMITTAL AFTER THIS DATE.
  
 C) WINDOW MULLIONS. NOA 06-0125.06 SUBMITTED EXPIRES ON
 JUNE 28, 2011. MASTER PLAN WILL HAVE TO BE REVISED FOR
 FUTURE SUBMITTAL AFTER THIS DATE.
  
 D) ENTRY DOOR. TWO DIFFERENT NOA'S WERE SUBMITTED. NOA
 06-0501.02 WHICH REQUIRES SHUTTERS AND NOA 07-0629.10
 WHICH DOESN'T REQUIRE SHUTTERS. CLARIFY WHICH ONE IS
 GOING TO BE USED.
  
 E) REAR DOOR BY KITCHEN AREA AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 F) STORAGE DOUBLE DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 G) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 H) STORM SHUTTERS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM # 2D ABOVE. AND
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. ALSO, MARK ON
 SHUTTERS DRAWING SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITION AND ANCHOR
 TYPE AND SPACING.
  
 I) TRUSS CONNECTORS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FRONT PAGE OF
 PRODUCT APPROVAL AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR.
  
 3- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- DESIGN CRITERIA: BUILDING EXPOSURE WAS REVISED TO
 EXPOSURE "C" BUT THE DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEETS A-3.0,
 A-4.0, A-5.0 AND A-7.0 WERE NOT CHANGED TO REFLECT
 EXPOSURE "C".
  
 5- TRUSS PACKAGE:
 A) REVISE BUILDING EXPOSURE. NEED TO DESIGN TRUSSES TO
 EXPOSURE "C". REVISE TRUSS LAYOUT PAGE AND INDIVIDUAL
 TRUSSES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 B) TRUSS COVER SHEET TO PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION,
 INCLUDING THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD INFORMATION.
  
 C) TRUSS ENGINEER TO PROVIDE ORIGINAL SIGNATURE (NOT
 COPY) AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTES.
  
 6- SHEET A-2.0:
 A) WALL SECTION A: SPECIFY CORRECT SECTION FOR THE
 ATTIC VENTILATION. SEE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) REVISE NOTE REGARDING TRUSS ANCHORS. USING SIMPSON
 NOT USP, AND REFER TO CORRECT SHEET.
  
 7- SHEET A-7.0: IF THIS IS A MASTER PLAN, THEN
 ELEVATIONS SHALL BE NAMED FRONT, BACK ETC NOT SOUTH OR
 NORTH ELEVATION SINCE THE ORIENTATION OF THE HOUSE
 CHANGES DEPENDING ON THE ACTUAL LOT LOCATION.
  
 8- REVISE HANDRAIL DETAIL #2 ON SHEET A-5.0. GUARDS
 CAN'T BE LOWER THAN 36" IN HEIGHT. SEE SEC. R312.1.
  
 9- SHEET A-6.0:
 A) COORDINATE DETAIL 4/A-6.0 WITH CONNECTORS SPECIFIED
 ON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SCHEDULE. REVISE AS REQUIRED
 TO MATCH.
  
 B) CONNECTOR SPECIFIED ON DETAIL 5/A-6.0 CAN'T BE USED
 BECAUSE IT DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY UPLIFT LOADS. SEE
 CATALOG AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
