 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH REGARDING THE
 DRIVEWAY APPROACH ON WITT STREET, CONNECTING INTO THE
 BUILDING. THE CIVIL DRAWINGS AND SITE PLANS SHOW THE
 APRON (OR TAPER) EXTENDING SIGNIFICANTLY CLOSER TO THE
 BUILDING. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW PLANTING BEING
 PLACED BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND THE SIDEWALK. PLEASE
 ENSURE ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT.
  
 2. ON SHEET 4 OF 13 OF THE CIVIL DRAWINGS, THE DIAGONAL
 STRIPING FOR THE HANDICAP ACCESS AISLE SHOULD BE 4 INCH
 WHITE STRIPES, NOT BLUE. SEE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL.
  
 3. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH REGARDING THE
 DRIVEWAY APPROACH ON WORTHINGTON STREET.
  
 4. THE PARKING DETAIL ON SHEET 6 OF 13 MAY NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED TO SHOW WHITE STRIPES IN THE HANDICAP ACCESS
 AISLE...IT IS LABELED AS SUCH, BUT BECAUSE IT IS SHADED
 A DARK COLOR, IT MAY BE CONFUSING.
  
 5. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH REGARDING THE
 PLACEMENT AND QUANTITY OF MECHANICAL UNITS LOCATED ON
 THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF THE BUILDING.
  
 6. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH REGARDING THE
 LOCATION OF THE WATER LINE AND FIRE LINE (AND
 ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT). PLEASE ADJUST AND SCREEN ALL
 EQUIPMENT ACCORDINGLY.
  
 7. PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF ANY BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE PROPOSED OFFICE BUILDING, THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT - CRIME PREVENTION UNIT SHALL
 REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS TO ENSURE
 THE ADHERENCE TO GENERALLY-ACCEPTED CRIME PREVENTION
 THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN PRINCIPLES.
  
 8. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE TEN
 (10) FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT RUNNING ALONG THE NORTH AND
 EAST PROPERTY LINES SHALL BE ABANDONED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 A COPY OF THE RECORDED EASEMENT ABANDONMENT. CONTACT
 VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR, AT 494-1096 FOR INFORMATION
 PERTAINING TO THIS.
  
 9. PER SECTION 94-481(C) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, A FINAL CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE NEW BUILDING UNTIL
 THE OLD BUILDING HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED AND REMAINING SITE
 IMPROVEMENTS (I.E. PARKING, LANDSCAPING, ETC.) HAVE
 BEEN INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED PLANS.
